Apple Cider Vinegar: Brush your teeth with this liquid (use a gauze cloth).
Charcoal Ashes with Toothpaste: Mix charcoal ashes with regular toothpaste and use it in place of regular toothpaste.
Hard Wood Ash: Use this with your toothbrush just as you would any toothpaste. Hard wood ash contains a natural whitening agent called potassium hydroxide.
